Senior Computer Classes
AARP Computer Literacy for Seniors classes are offered to individuals in the community. Mustard Seed receives funding to support the ACTION Center from the United Way of the Midsouth Equity Fund and AARP.
The ACTION Center provides computer resources for adults and seniors and assists with career development for residents of South City and surrounding neighborhoods.

PROJECT R.E.A.D.Y.
Project READY – Preparing Youth for Post-Secondary Success The Project READY Program is held for 6 weeks annually, beginning the 2nd week in June each year. Over 100 students have been served by the Project READY program since the program’s inception in 2017.
Students gain academic enrichment, learn important soft skills for professional and personal development, and learn the importance of wellness through making healthy food choices. Funding for the READY has been provided each year by The Women’s Foundation for A Greater Memphis.


THE HOLIDAY BLESSINGS PROGRAM
The Holiday Blessings Program is supported by members of First Baptist Church, Lauderdale, and others.
Mustard Seed has been able to serve 100 residents each year through the Holiday Blessings Program. Residents receive a warm holiday reception and a grocery gift card in December.
